The now-famous Daniele, has been part of the team at a number of restaurants in Naples and Barcelona.
Tired of seeing that none of them captured the true essence of Neapolitan food, he helped create the Italian restaurant: Spaccanapoli Barcelona.
And so, as director of Spaccanapoli he decided that every member of staff, every ingredient and every recipe would come from one place only: his homeland, Naples.
